As an expert in commercial law, he provides legal services to Polish and international business entities on a wide range of corporate matters, including in connection with company transformations.

He has previously worked in the headquarters of a bank, in the credit and guarantees department and then in the credit risk department.

He has conducted numerous court and arbitration proceedings and, thanks to his conciliatory skills, has reached many settlements that have been satisfactory to both his clients and the other side.

He has provided legal assistance to public companies for many years, mainly dealing with commercial contracts and public procurement issues.

He is a lecturer at the Warsaw Bar association.
